This qualification is delivered 100% on-line including theory, text books, projects and assessments.

You will receive full support for the duration of your course and can call our team from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

You can also correspond with our team via email, on-line chat, SMS and communicate to your trainer and support officer through your on-line profile.

Once completed you will be issued a formal hard copy qualification/certificate free of charge including an electronic email version.

Course Breakdown

The Diploma of Project Management BSB50820 requires the completion of 12 units of competency, comprising of 8 core units and 4 electives.

Students will have up to 12 months to complete this program. If the learner requires more time please see extension options in our student handbook or contact our office.

These units of competency have been developed in consultation with industry experts, along with our facilitators, to ensure the knowledge you gain is practical and applicable to the industry.

Tools Required

To successfully complete this course, you will require access to a desktop computer or laptop; and adequate access to internet connection.

You will also require an active email account and a mobile phone equipped with a camera.

Software – you will require access to MS Word, MS Excel, and online search platforms.

It includes identifying applicable WHS laws, duties, rights, and obligations, as well as the necessary actions to ensure WHS compliance. The role also assists in providing advice on legislative duties, rights and obligations of individuals, and parties prescribed in WHS laws and those of WHS regulators.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to contribute to implementing and maintaining Work Health and Safety (WHS) consultation and participation as prescribed in legislation. It also covers communicating relevant information, identifying feedback opportunities, and improving consultation and participation.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to contribute to WHS risk management, including processes for identifying Work Health and Safety (WHS) hazards, assessing, and controlling the risk relating to those hazards. It involves contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of risk controls according to legislative and organisational requirements. The unit applies to those working in a broad range of roles across industries. WHS hazard identification and risk control processes are those defined in written workplace procedures.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement a plan for a Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS).
