Here’s a breakdown of some of the common Project Management roles in Australia, and their corresponding annual salaries:

Construction Project Manager: Construction Project Managers plan, direct, and coordinate the construction of buildings, highways, and other structures. Annual salary: $100,000 – $170,000 (AUD)

IT Project Manager: IT Project Managers oversee the development of software and technology projects. Annual salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (AUD)

Product Manager: Product Managers are responsible for developing and launching new products. Annual salary: $95,000 – $140,000 (AUD)

Program Manager: Program Managers oversee multiple related projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Annual salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (AUD)

Operations Manager: Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a business, including managing staff, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. Annual salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (AUD)

This qualification is delivered 100% on-line including theory, text books, projects and assessments.

You will receive full support for the duration of your course and can call our team from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

You can also correspond with our team via email, on-line chat, SMS and communicate to your trainer and support officer through your on-line profile.

Once completed you will be issued a formal hard copy qualification/certificate free of charge including an electronic email version.

Course Breakdown

This qualification requires the completion of four (4) units of competency as part of the full BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management qualification.

Upon completion of these four (4) units, the student will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, and will have eight (8) units left to complete the full qualification.

Soft skills are skills that employers value. These are skills that are difficult to teach such as interacting effectively with project stakeholders, effective decision making, and communicating efficiently. Hence, employers prefer candidates possessing these traits and skills.

Tools Required

To successfully complete this course, you will require access to a desktop computer or laptop; and adequate access to internet connection.

You will also require an active email account and a mobile phone equipped with a camera.

It applies to individuals, employed in a range of work environments, who are required to establish and work with payroll systems and may have responsibility for managing payroll systems, and calculations.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage stakeholder relationships. The unit applies to individuals responsible for managing and leading a project in an organisation, business, or as a consultant.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement systems and process that support the personal and professional development of self and others.
