This BSBLDR403 Lead team effectiveness is a single unit which is implicit of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).

This unit describes the skills, knowledge and outcomes required to lead the performance of a team and to develop team cohesion.

The unit applies team leaders, supervisors and new emerging managers who have an important leadership role in the development of efficient and effective work teams. Leaders at this level also provide leadership for the team and bridge the gap between the management of the organisation and the team members. As such they must ‘manage up’ as well as manage their team/s.

Team Leader: An average salary of $60,000 – $80,000 per annum.

Department Manager: An average salary of $80,000 – $120,000 per annum.

Project Manager: An average salary of $90,000 – $120,000 per annum.

Operations Manager: An average salary of $100,000 – $140,000 per annum.

Regional Manager: An average salary of $110,000 – $150,000 per annum.

Director of Operations: An average salary of $140,000 – $180,000 per annum.
